I kept seeing pictures of navy blue smokey eyes all over the place on Instagram and Pinterest, so I thought I would show you guys how to create the look yourselves.

 

Sorry this was so blurry I didn't realize it until I got to editing. although there were a ton of different colors involved, this look was really easy to put together.
